Accident claim declined

In 2015 September I was driving from home back to Durban when I had an accident, my car was smashed on the front, windscreen and sunroof broken. I called Miway insurance to report an accident which they sent a tow truck to take my car but it was still drivable. Because I hit a pedestrian I was in a shock, everything happened so fast, I was taken to the hospital for counselling by my friends. Later after 2 days when I had reported the statements to the police i managed to register a claim. I was grilled with questions by an agent after I had given statements at the police station. In so much they proved that they did not want to pay because they looked for every reason not to pay. they sent what they called a Privaste Investigator to investigate the cause of the accident, they claim to have visited the place of scene after 3 weeks accident happened. The insurance gave me a report which was from their investigator stating that based on his calculation it shows that I was over the speed limit of the area and he showed a velocity formula which did not take into account of any factors that might have been involved. they declined my claim just like that, my experience with them has been bad ever since i joined them from 10 years ago every time you claim they look for reasons not to pay. even worse they written my car off but it was repairable and feasible, they only considered 1 panel beater to give them quotation which they claim it was not feasible to repair the car based on the quote. they wrote it off plus they just cancelled me on their insurance just like that without waiting for me to challenge their decision. they are pathetic, they only want you to pay monthly installments but do not want you to claim. the agent who was handling my case was inhuman asking question while i told him i was under treatment for shock and trauma, I was unhappy his namee is David Pike. No one should be with these guys, they are blood suckers they take money for nothing but will not help you when in need.
