Access settlement

My sister in-law was driving our vehicle when she was involved in an accident with my daughter in 2019. What was terrifying was that my daughter sustained injuries that she had to be taken by my wife to the hospital to be stitched. I confronted MiWay on this issue and didn't get a positive outcome. The tow vehicle came by, but no one saw my daughter's injury. I also learned that the driver of the vehicle they collided with, the driver was hidden by the husband seemingly was even driving with the learner sign on the vehicle. The husband tried to pretend to be the one who was driving the vehicle.

MiWay promised to refund the access amount that was paid after the settlement. In 2020 they promised to settle to access amount. There was constant update after the accident and finally everything went silent till today. Up until today the access amount hasn't been paid yet. Although the car was settled, I kept the insurance paying the R50 on a monthly basis, till the Access settlement is finalised.
