Access payment
After approving the claim I have found the access payment to be excessive. There is a R5000 which I am aware of and should be paid. But because the accident happened on a weekend (In security estate where I Live) I have been Slammed with an extra R3000. Which I was told was in the small writing. If this is the transparency of their business then I Don't want to be associated with them anymore
