Access fee changed while updating postal box info

Updated Policy online and scheduled document send back shown that the access fee's were adjusted to default. A pleasant and friendly lady [Email Removed] assisted me and made sure that the changes was reverted back without effecting my premium. In fact she saved me a few rand's on my premium.<br>
