Access fee

I got accident around 15 February 2018 someone bump into my car and he didn't have insurance even today miway hasn't helped me to recover my access fee back R17000 that I paid and they don't even bother to call me .

I don't know if they did get money back and decided not to pay me back. I will advise you guys don't trust miway insurance in your life.
