Acceptable service

Khotso tried to assist in meeting my request. He did mention that I will be able to access the necessary documentation upon my request but at the moment my condition if cover cannot be altered and forwarded to me. He also assisted in assuring me that this is legal and will work if ever I put in a claim i.e. i am covered for theft and hijacking as agreed in the telephone conversations.
