Absurd increase

<p>First I would like to applaud the service I have received from Thabang Khesa, he was very friendly, patient and you could tell he enjoys what he does and assisting clients. thats what I call exceptional customer service. thank you Thabang</p> <p>my second is a compliant against MiWay absurd increase of more than 200% on my access and premium, guys how could you suck me so dry like this, I joined you guys because I thought you were different from others guys, you were reasonable but now come the increase, you took my premium and access to the highest level of increase I have never encourtered in my life, I am actually ashamed to be your client. After a year of not claiming you still do this to me??? I dont mind increase but why are you increasing with an absurd amount from my current premium and access???you really wanna tell me that my car value has appreciated to that amount in a year that I have been with you? No this is really unexcepted, I deserve better!!! My car valur is depreciating yet you are increasing its premium like craze. aint you ashamed???</p>
