Absolutely USELESS with policy

Took out a comprehensive vehicle insurance policy with MiWay on 7 March 2016.They stated that I need to get the vehicle inspected,which I did on the 9th.They gave me a referral to have a level 4 anti-hijack and immobilizer fitter as per requirements for the policy.Went there on the 15th,left the car for 4 hours,and when I got there they never did the immobilizer,despite having noted that they did on the certificate that has to be sent to the insurance.Suspect indeed,because if the correct things are not installed and incorrect information supp**** to the insurance,my cover would be null and void.I asked them to take out their antihijack,and this took 20mins.Curious,as it took 4hrs to install.Called MiWay when I got home to report the matter and get them to send someone to install at my house,still waiting for feedback.Today I get an email that the vehicle has been inspected and is now covered?Not even the same form as the one I have in my possession,or the same person for that matter.I have a feeling there are some underhanded deals going on here.Agreed date for debit order was the 1st,went off today.MiWay cannot even get that right.I have no faith whatsoever in this insurance.
