Absolutely the poorest service ever

Miway third-party services is absolutely poor the worst service ever im totally disappointed the accident happened on the 25th of October 2023 whereby the other party is a Miway's client was at fault she confirmed on the accident scene she is at fault infront of all witnesses to date, nothing has been done every time i followed up it is excuses then my documents was not received then they waiting for this report today i called again the legal lady that is supposed to be of service is going on leave tomorrow and nothing gets done now all of a sudden they are waiting for their member the other party to supply details of what happened in the accident its been more that 2 months why dont you have this details yet? i will never be a member / client of this insurance company. I will take this further until my car is fixed.
