Absolutely awesome customer service

She helped in every way she could to make the changes to our account. She LISTENED to what I wanted and helped accordingly. She took her time to explain things I didn't understand, she was very patient with me even when I was irate and made sure we were completely happy with the policy we had signed up for. She even set me right after another one of your consultants gave me the WRONG info and advise. She's an absolute gem and an asset to your organization.
