Absolutely AMAZING Service

My wife and daughter was involved in a vehicle accident recently.

I was at work about 50km away. My priority was to get there immediately to make sure she was ok and assist where I can. I called MiWay to report the incident and they immediately sprung into action and took complete control of the situation. WOW .

The MiWay agent asked for my wife's phone number and called her immediately to find out if she required any medical assistance. The agent also gave her very valuable information to make sure she stayed as safe as possible and arranged for a Towing Service.

DOT Towing & Recovery was on scene within no time...I received a call from the gentleman on scene who re-assured me that he would make sure everything was ok until I got there. I just knew that we were in good hands.

The vehicle was towed away, assessed, and we received it back a few weeks later in absolutely IMPECCABLE condition. The Assessor who assisted with the repair, Andile Njoko, was VERY professional, knowledgeable, communicative and just a friendly guy. Thanks Andile.

I am still blown away by the fantastic service we received from MiWay in a time of desperation and have been recommending MiWay to friend and Family.
