Absolute greatness: a definition of Olga Funzani

This is a heartfelt appreciation for the excellent service I got from Olga Funzani. What a service! From the day she was assigned to me after my car accident, she explained the whole process, what I have to do, regular updates and making sure I was happy before we end the call. Her patience was beyond my imagination. I celebrated joining Miway because of her. Given the general talk from friends, relatives and other social platforms, one would think claiming from insurance must be the worst experience particularly for a written off motor vehicle. Wait until you meet Olga. She made me feel like the service is rendered by a family member. Her kindness is what you need when you going through difficulties. Her honesty is all the reasons I now believe “Miway do it MY WAY”. She was great. It took me only 7 days for my car claim to be sorted out, yes 7 days when a relative had said wait for a month…Not with Olga. Olga the world needs you to have a different story about insurance.
