Abslolutely pathetic

On the 23rd of April my wife hit a tree with our car. Since then we have made several calls to MiWay because we never receive any update on the procedures or anything. On our side we have done everything right by sending them the photo's and necessary documents. Until now I have made 12 phone calls and spoke to numerous people and everyone of them have made promises to get back to us. Today the said that they are waiting for a manager to sign of on the claim but the never called back to let us know what is going on. We are paying our premiums and for what??? The waist time and the keep on stalling. Typical of insurance companies. The want their share every month but when you claim the never comply to their own written rules. If this problem persists I will be looking for a new insurance very soon. Hopefully one that walks the talk. They also keep referring to a lady called Yolandi, maybe one of their managers, I don't know. But she also never phones back and This Tsolofelo Ramoraswi never answers her phone. Wake up MiWay, people like Tsolofelo are costing you points and clients.
