ABOVE EXPECTATION
Mpho, gave an excellent service with friendly voice the manner and the way he was communicating with me showed that he knows how to render the service to the clients. I had a query with my policy details, and he was patient enough to go through the policy document that was sent to me and explain everything to the point. What a pleasure indeed to be served by Mpho.
