Above and beyond: Great service

This isn't my first rodeo in calling for roadside assistance and as a former customer service person myself I know difficult it can be to deal with client's impatience in these sort of situations.

Moloko Raphadu was not only friendly and reassuring in her role but she kept me in the loop whilst waiting for the roadside assistance. After the job was done and I'd been helped there was a technical issue with the emergency service (something to do with the app they use to capture my disk) ; I'm not sure what she said to the technician but immediately I was reassured that all was well and I was on my way.
