Above and Beyond, as Always!

In March of 2020 someone drove into me, and caused some minor damage to my driver and passenger doors. The car only went in for repairs in June due to lockdown. Miway ensured that I stayed informed the entire time, and showed genuine care and concern when there was a small issue with the repairs. They strived to get this fixed ASAP, and even paid for me to take my car to FORD after the repairs had been completed, so that I had peace of mind that the repairs were done up to my standards. Here is the shocker: Miway even went as far as to pay for a replacement lock on my driver door on my humble request (which was actually the result of an attempted break-in, and had nothing to do with the March accident). They were under no obligation to do this, but did it as a gesture of good faith and care. That is truly going above and beyond the call of duty! Very few companies have this level of care and compassion.

I know I am in good hands with Miway, and I thank you guys SO MUCH for making me feel valued and cared for! I say thanks so much to René and the rest of the Miway family.
