Abey Solola - great customer service

I would like to commend Mr Abey Solola on his excellent customer service. He had taken over a claim of mine that handled by someone who had moved on from the department. He was absolutely efficient and did not pass the buck but assisted me promptly. I then had to register another claim which he walked me through as well. It is refreshing to receive such excellent service and his professional and calm nature is definitely management material. Thank you Abey.
