Abandon client

I chose Miway as my business insurance for my vehicle with an intension to keep my business insured as I won't have money to pay for unfoceen circumstances that may occur but Miway abandoned me by the time my vehicle get involved in an accident, they found the way to declined my claim, my car is working under Taxify, my driver was driving the car and hited the pavement, they are saying the driver gave them two different stories and he was driving I high speed most of the time which they are failing to understand that the driver was unconcious when presenting the first story and I don't believe that they should decline the claim based on previous speed records as the results they diclined the claim based on that I ended up borrowing loans to repair my car, I did not have Christmas with my family, I paid R28 000 while still paying the monthly primus of R2269. 46 for the same insurance, I am so hurt about miway. Miway ubused me, I stored my vehicle in the panel beaters with a hope that insurance will take care of the cost but I ended up being forced by the panel beaters to pay R28 000 for fixing the car if not will pay R31 000 for storage, then I was forced to borrow loans and pay R28 000. Miway did not stand on my side when I had a problem.
