A VERY POOR SERVICE FROM MIWAY INSURANCE

I logged a claim on Mimotor Cover on the 22.04.2025 for the damaged two Rims of a 2024 polo GTI and they sent a letter to pay only 2500 even when I told them there is no repairer that can Refurbish two 18inch Rims for that amount. I sent a Quote to them from a Rim Specialist of R4900 on the 24.04.2025 and they told me its for new Rims while its clearly written Refurb and up until today I have been calling without a help or way forward. I even told to claims consultant to give me on of their Repairers who can fix my Rims for R2500.Even today I called then I was told there is still no feedback from assessor to match the quotation I sent, I'm really disappointed on MiWay.
