A very grateful and satisfied cuatomer
On 11 August 2020 I called in a claim with Miway's Home assistance services and had the priveledge to be assisted by a client services representative named, Ntokozo Sibeko. I would like to thank Ntokozo very much for his friendly, kind and swift assistance. His excellent attitude towards good customer service made my day and relieved any stress or anxiety that I might have had regarding the claim and the claims process.
Thank you very much Ntokozo Sibeko for your great service and for the pleasant person you are, keep up the good work sir.
