A very disappointed customer

I was involved in an accident, February this year. I got hit from the back, the offender did not have insurance. I had to pay an excess of R10 000. Took my car to a panel beater recommended by Miway, my car was not fixed to my satisfaction. I complained to Miway but nothing came from that, I was also told that they would get the offender to pay me back my excess through their legal team but I have not received feedback since.
