After going through the excruciating task of finding cheaper insurance for my vehicle after collectively been on the phone with different insurance companies for over a week, i made the decision to cancel my policy with Miway and after struggling to get assistance from their seniors for two days, frustrated after an arduous wait i was put through to a Poeletso Maloka. I don't know if it was the beauty in her voice, the informative insight she gave me into the insurance business and how the competition finagles clients into joining them or just how she managed to blend professionalism with her clear passion for her job, either way, the conglomeration of these factors ensured that Miway Insurance retained a customer that was initially dead-set on cancelling his policy.
