A true Star Neo Kgano from Miway

I was a member of Mi-way for the past 4 years and had one claim that i submitted in December thereafter i cancelled my insurance as i did not have a car. In Feb i bought a new car and was looking for insurance and went back to Mi way and rejoined them. One of the agents advised me that once i add a tracking unit to my car my premium will drop. I added it and then called Mi-way and got the worst service form the CC agent who got my name wrong and called me a totally different surname then said she cant help me to review my premium so i called for their Manager and he was even worse than her and came with so much attitude. I was then put to Neo Kgano who was such a breeze she apologized for their rude service and made me feel like a family member once again, Neo was such a star and the way she handled the whole thing was great. I really hope that Mi-way could employ more people like Neo and maybe Mi-way CC will get a different perception. Thanks Again NEO you have made a difference and went out your way to assist my. You are Truly a ****STAR**** <br> Keep shinning like the STAR that you are. Now i am happy to be called a Mi-Way member and to be part of the family.
