A super happy client.

I'm happy with the service I received, though there were challenges due to the lock down. My case was handled by Bridget she did her best but I would like to extend a special and BIG thank you to Itumeleng whom I think his job was only to verify my statement. He sounded genuinely worried and concerned on how the accident affected my daughter and when I didn't know how to get documents that were needed he stepped up and ensured that the documents get to them. I would definitely use miway again especially because this is not my 1st encounter with them. When I got stuck on N3 14 January 2020 they were very quick to come to my rescue, though i forgot the name of the person who assisted me. It's a pity that they quoted me twice what I'm paying for my new car but I will keep on checking because I feel at home with miway.
