a month later and still no response !!!

Last month on 24/07 you debited my monthly premium, the debit order returned and my bank charged me R100 fees. I have distinctly advised that I only get paid on the 25th !! I have sent 4 emails and proof of the bankcharges and still got not response a month later !!!!!!
