A month ago, when changing my policy address as moving they were great. It was also a brand new policy, and an email was overlooked which had been seen by the same person, and then I was advised my cars were not covered via an SMS on Friday as the inspection hadn't been done, however I emailed them last month with all the relevant pictures as a self inspection. I emailed them this morning and my query was rectified and sorted out within an hour of emailing them. I received the correct SMS and I was phoned to confirm all was fine and Tumelo in sales politely apologised for the error. So all good on my side. Thank you.
