A Hero (Teboho) in a Den of *******
MiWay Insurance - Less than mediocre service Tebogo Pitjeng - Outstanding service
The insurance premium on my car went u by +/- 50% and there was no effort from MiWay to explain in the circular they sent to me as to what factors led to this.
Upon speaking to Teboho, he did his best to explain what general considerations are taken in such a decision and he worked some magic to score me only a R80,00 discount. I took it and was glad that I spoke to him because he tried his best but...... I am still going to be shopping elsewhere.
Miway = No thank you! Teboho = A playmaker. Thank you, sir
