A Hero on a Sunday Morning - MiWay's Ntokozo Sibeko

I got a puncture on the front left wheel of my car only to discover that the flat wheel's lock nut threads were completely damaged. Here I was stuck with a flat tire on a Sunday morning and with no way of taking the tire out. I then called MiWay and a gentleman by the name of Ntokozo Sibeko was there to help. Because this was a Sunday, it meant that most Tire Service Centres were not operating however we both managed to put a plan together. He organised a tow for my car to be taken from Montana down to a Service Centre in Mabopane (for free!!!). The wheel was fixed and now I am back on the road. Ntokozo was supper supportive throughout the whole process and he also kept updating me on any progress or delays. I really appreciate his approach to customer service. HisWay of working is super perfect for MiWay!!!!
