A happy customer and a friendly agent :)

I emailed MiWay for them to review my premium as it was going up again. I have been a loyal customer after all. What would the harm be in trying? I received a call from Andile a day after the email was sent. She initially tried to assist and then transferred me to her supervisor, Thabani (second name also Andile). I was on hold for a very long time, but in the end it all worked out :) Thabani was able to decrease my premium AND my excess! I commend these two on their great service even during the COVID-19 lockdown. Thank you Thabani!!! And Andile!
