A great experience.
One Sunday morning I was having a problem with my vehicle battery that died and needed assistance. The cover I had did not cover roadside assistance. I called miway as my last hope. They got a quote for me which I accepted and got assisted. Later that day the consultant called me again to check if I got help, which I appreciated a lot.
The following Monday I called Miway to change my cover to comprehensive which included roadside assistance. I was assisted by a lovely consultant who gave me different options on how to reduce my premiums. It was a great experience from Miway consultants which I appreciated.
