A great customer experience - You were more of a friend that a CSR - Thanks Lerato Sibeko

I called MiWay insurance to add an item on my existing Policy and I dealt with Lerato Sibeko who was delightful. She make my experience quite pleasant. I am of the opinion that customer service isn't just about the product but mainly about the customer experience and it would appear Lerato Sibeko understands this notion and lives up to it. Keep up the great work. May you please get a raise or bonus or some reward.
