A fine example of UBUNTU

I am a difficult customer and often my tone of voice and language leaves much to be desired. At no point did Neo loose her calm and respectful manner, nor did she loose her sense of humor. Often I give myself a hard time by cancelling the call when the other person is simply doing their best to follow company rules but thankfully Neo was that co-operative that I got done what i needed doing. I hope Neo can progress to a senior position and spread this kind of attitude amongst others.
