A dishonest and ************* insurer

Miway is a dishonest and unreliable insurer who will cheat you out of your agreement.

My vehicle was ****** from my property and I submitted a claim for the vehicle. I was informed that my claim would settle what I owed on the vehicle completely and I made several emails to confirm the fact when given settlement agreements. When I enquired why the amount on the agreement was less than the amount owed I was told that Miway receives a discounted rate and that the vehicle would be settled in full several times through the claims agent. Upon payment of the claim, the bank informed me I still owed 44K on the vehicle. When I went back to the claims agent I was then told I did not have credit shortfall on my policy. I insisted that I did and asked for the calls when I signed up for my policy. Miway took two months to provide the call recordings and in the call recordings I asked several times for credit shortfall to be added to my policy and the call agent confirmed that it was.
