A decrease in premium by more than half only when I called to cancel

I had a good chat with Tumelo Kolisang about cancelling my policy with Miway because I thought my monthly vehicle insurance premium was way higher than it should be. I contacted another insurance company for a quote and that confirmed my suspicions. When I called to cancel my policy with Miway, they managed to decrease my premium from R1500 to R650, which is great but is unbelievable!!! So, I have been paying more than twice of what I should have been paying, all this time. Unbelievable!!!. Otherwise good service overall but I am not happy about being ********** for so many months, when my premium could have been better.
