My claim was handled efficiently and effectively by Solani Baloyi, she is a true professional and not once throughout the entire claiming process did I ever had a need to follow up with her because she is that GOOD. Furthermore, I would like to add that for the past 3 years I never had a negative experience with MiWay, they are quick to respond to enquiries and knows the real meaning of customer service.
