A customer service that needs commendation!

On 22 Jan 2022 at about 09h00; we called Miway to cancel our vehicles comprehensive cover. We were professionally assisted by a Miway employee by the name of Nokuthula Dlamini. Rating above is for her professional service she accorded us. She was a breath of fresh air for us. She was polilite, a listerner without interference and someone who knows her business. She took time checking (without patronizing us) whether our decision to leave Miway is for a right reason. Whilst doing her professionally best in put Miway case forward in order to retain us. Unfortunately, in spite of her best service mannerism and competencies, unfortunately we could not stay on at Miway mainly due to our changed financial circumstances. Nokuthula Dlamini keep on servicing people as you did knowing SA needs more of people of you calibre👌. A happy Miway living client. 😊
