A couple of days ago I called MiWay to get a review on the premium increase that I had just received via email. I was assisted by a gentleman by the name of Rilwele Mulaudzi, who was very friendly and knowledgeable. He explained to me why the premium had increase and how it benefits me. I appreciate his knowledge of the products and also the manner he assisted me. We need more people like you in the service industry. You are much appreciated Rilwele. ✨
