A Concerned MiWay Client

I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the service I received from the autobody shop your company referred me to. While my vehicle has been repaired, I recently discovered that no wheel alignment was done—despite being told otherwise.

This raises serious concerns about the integrity of the services billed to MiWay. If one aspect of the job was claimed but not completed, I am now left wondering what else may have been left undone or misrepresented.
