A company that delivers

I have my car insured with Miway for the last 5 years and have always been pleasantly surprised by their service delivery. Today (16/4/21) I dealt with Thando Qomoyi and Agnes Manaka and again I was not disappointed. I wasn't ready to accept a new product offered by Agnes, but instead of a pleasant voice changing to a nasty one as I've experienced many times before from other service providers as soon as you say no to their products, she gladly offered to assist with a request she had picked up on earlier during our conversation. Agnes put me through to Thando and the pleasant, friendly and helpful service that I have become used to, continued. Thando expertly assisted me and I was left to reflect on a wonderful telephonic experience once again with the Miway. Thank you Miway for your continued excellent service. Edwin Myburgh
