My Mother was in an accident about 2 weeks ago in Polokwane and she immediately contacted me to alert the Miway is our insurance company. Under a lot of a stress I contacted miway to report the accident and at the same time I was worried since this was a second accident claim within the past 2 years. Immediately she registered a claim n gave me full details of towing company including the driver and how the driver looks like.... I couldn't believe that how excellent she was.... Miway is so lucky to have such a hardworking and carrying employee...... Wow thanks Nobantu...... As I thought I have Seen it all I started dealing with Tshegofatso Sekhukhune who handled our claim going forward... Wow she is good with what she does...... She took her time to explain all the processes and the possibilities with the claim and belive me you the process that I expected to take 2 weeks with assesment and all that, she managed to complete in a space of 4 days...... Wow Miway its the best...... My Car, My Brother's, My Wife's and My mother's cars are insured by Miway and I am never leaving Miway......... THank you again to Nobantu and Tshegofatso.....
