Thank you Ntokozo Mjokane for being such proactive in making sure that my insurance cancellation is done in a professional manner that i even feel so bad to have to leave Mi-Way due to previous bad experience but you made it your responsibility to outline all my concerns and made sure that im a happy customer at the end of the day.Mi-Way is previlaged to have such dedicated staff like you and keep on the good work. I still have my other insurance my other policy with Mi-Way all because of your EXCELLENT SERVICE DELIVERY.
