I have lodged a claim in January to-date it hasn't been settled.I bought a a smart TV for R29999 and according to MI Way claim consultant Rebecca Dikupe it is worth R10999 as per the Take a lot sale which I don't I prefer to buy from , she asked me to obtain a quote from a store I did it was R13999, and she is still forcing me to buy from takealot when I took insurance I never agreed that I will buy from the service provider of Miway's choice.it is now almost end of April the claim is not settled today I am lodging a complaint with the Ombudsman for Short Term insurance. I even request her to buy me the TV with the amount she failed to get the TV .
