Hi Peter, about a month ago I have reported car incident yo my insurance..they took three weeks yo get back yo me, I had to call numerous times without any help..the claim was approved and picked service provider..when had to arrange for loan car, it took another week..sent emails but was no hope.and I got yo see my access was increased without any consultation with me.. and claim assistant claimed to have informed me.. I requested that email as proof and voice recordings as a proof that I was aware of increase on access.. Sanele promised to send me everything after 24hrs..its been a week nobody calls me nor sending me the requiested proof. I have been trying to get hold of Sanele but I am failing..
