On the 17 October 2020 ,during the early hours around 09h00 .

I was going to our nearest town (Tzaneen)while driving between Mokwakwaila & Kgapane, i experienced an incident whereby the approaching bakkie coming on the other lane stepped on stone ..it flee & hit my Windscreen resulting into a minor chip..

I turned the car..trying to follow but driver never stop.i then gaveup...

I then drove to my destination..I phoned my insurer ( Miway ) and reported the claim.While waiting for approval ,I ried several Glass fits who turn me back& asked me to come on the coming Monday( hence they were working galf day

Suddenly one of Miway consultants called & tell me to take car to PG glass in Tzaneen for chip repair.At the same time i reveived email with claim number ,confirming that my claim is approved

When I arrive @ PG Glass ,was told to frive the car into their workshop..No filling of forms and lot of questions.

The chip was quickly.perfectly & professionally fixed @ no extra cost .Miway paid all (100%)

The service and treatment I received from both my insurer( Miway ) & PG Glas excellent.I felt like i was their only customer
