6 long years of no justice

I’m writing a follow-up to my review from 6 February 2024. Since then, I’ve had a few phone calls, but nothing has happened. This is frustrating because I have a case that’s been lingering for a long time. It shows that victims have no where to turn. Please see my original review below and engage the appointed legal firm to resolve this matter. Also, keep me informed instead of me having to chase after them.

________________________________________________________________ I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the handling of my legal claim following an accident on 10 January 2019. Although MiWay efficiently processed and settled my initial claim, I have faced significant challenges with the legal team responsible for claiming costs from the driver who collided with my vehicle.

The assigned team has not kept me informed about the progress of my case. I have only received updates when I reached out to them, and since 2023, my emails have gone unanswered.

This situation is particularly frustrating, as I provided all the necessary information regarding the other driver. It is disheartening to see him in our community while my case remains unresolved.

I urge MiWay Legal to address this matter promptly and restore my faith in the South African justice system. Thank you.
