5yr claim free cash back
I have been with Mi-way since 2014 and only had 2 minor claims, my last claim was in Feb 2017 of which is was expecting a 5yr claim free cash-back soon. To my surprise today i called to enquire about it and the Lady told me that Mi-way no longer has a cash back since 2017 but as a client was never made aware of. I am so disappointed in them i am busy making quotes with other insurers.
