Miway always comes to the rescue when I am about to quit on life. I was going to change insurance companies because of the annual price increases and I contacted Miway in a bid to cancel my insurance with them. I requested a call-back from one of the consultants, and lo and behold a gentleman by the name of SIMPHIWE KHUMALO contacted me. He patiently listened to what I had to say and showed civility and courtesy. When it was his time to speak, he gently reassured me that i was a highly valued client of Miway and was not prepared to let go of me. Was willing to make sacrifices to ensure that I remain a treasured customer. He humbly noted my financial circumstances, being the sole breadwinner of the family, paying my premium on time and never defaulting, etc and he rewarded my commitment to this company by slashing my monthly installment to one that I could afford. Considering the bleak economic times we as a nation are collectively facing his gift to me couldn't have come at a better time and therefore I sincerely acknowledge him for his commitment towards the financial well-being of his company, while simultaneously, considering the financial well-being of it's clients.
