Thank you to Miway insurance for the excellent service I received today. I have insured my car with Miway since March 2010 and I will not choose any other way except Miway. Bonolo from Miway assisted me with the confirmation and updating of my details on my insurance policy. He has an excellent way of greeting clients on the phone, I found myself smiling all the way after listening to his welcoming and professional greeting. He didn't just confirm my details but also told me the good news that my monthly premium has been reduced . Just when I thought I received the best news for the day, Bonolo forwarded my call to his Team leader(Thabane Mnguni) who made my day even brighter. Thabane was so articulate and explained my policy benefits in detail and congratulated me for the being with Miway for almost 10 years without an accident claim. Thabane reviewed my policy and told me that my premium and my excess has been reduced further. My premium is now reduced to half of the original premium. I am so proud to me a Miway client.
