5 Star service

I’d like to commend Vuyiswa, one of the senior consultants at MiWay, Mpho and Samukelesiwe for the 5 Star service they have rendered to me today. Vuyiswa went out of her way to resolve my query, she went as far as going into the archives and listening to my sign-up recording just to get clarity, even after discovering that I was the one who misunderstood or forgot our agreement, she went the extra mile to make sure I’m satisfied.

Mpho was very friendly, listened to my query and escalated it to her senior. I couldn’t log into the MiWay app to do a self inspection and minutes after sending an email regarding this, Samukelesiwe called me and offered to upload the pictures on my profile for me while the technical team work on the App.
