5-star review is for NOMA DLAMINI personally, not Miway Insurance. C*** – I would like to sincerely thank Noma Dlamini for her assistance on our 3rd party claim. Although this was not her department or her claim, she showed outstanding professionalism, excellent telephone etiquette & a genuine willingness to help. I initially called to reach the complaints department, but Noma offered to see if she could assist first. We had been waiting three weeks for an assessment report on a claim handled by Ntsieni Siobo, with repeated promises that it would be ready. Noma took it upon herself to speak to the claims manager & the assessing department admin & confirmed the claim would be allocated to an assessor by the end of today. It later became clear the claim had not yet been allocated. I am extremely grateful to have spoken to Noma. She was calm, patient & truly committed to providing excellent customer service.
